What to send
Nothing formal. Four lines is enough for us to come back with something useful rather than a meeting request.

- The salary band you have approved, or the one you are hoping for
- When the person needs to have started
- Whether you have run this search before, and what happened
If you are a candidate
We do not keep a general database and we do not ask for CVs speculatively. If your name is on a map for a live mandate, you will hear from the consultant running it, and they will tell you who the client is on the first call.
